1. Shipping & Delivery Policy

All products sold on our website are 14-day digital downloads and online videos.

  • No Physical Shipping: We do not ship any physical goods. There are no shipping fees, handling fees, or delivery delays.

  • Delivery Method: Upon successful payment, your educational worksheets, work packs, or video links are delivered instantly to the email address you provided at checkout. You can also access them directly from your customer account page.

  • Delivery Failure: If you do not receive your download email within 10 minutes of purchase, please check your spam folder or contact us immediately at hello@bramblebushbay.co.uk.

2. Cancellation & Refund Policy

We want you and your junior detective to love turning your living room into a Logic Lab! Because our checkout is powered securely by Paddle, we proudly back our products with an unconditional 14-day money-back guarantee.

If a mission pack isn't the right fit for your family, simply email us at hello@bramblebushbay.co.uk within 14 days of purchase, and we will process a full refund.

Important Note for Digital Goods: As these are copyrighted educational materials, requesting a refund means your legal license to use or print the files is canceled, and access to the video support loops will be deactivated. Any downloaded files must be deleted from your computer. Please note that to protect our digital library, we reserve the right to refuse service or block future purchases from accounts or email addresses with a history of refund requests.

3 How to contact us

We want you to be completely satisfied with your resources. We will happily issue a replacement file or a full refund under the following strict conditions:

  1. Corrupt or Defective Files: The digital file is broken, corrupt, or fundamentally defective, and we are unable to provide a working replacement.

  2. Billing Errors: You were accidentally charged multiple times for the exact same item.
